There’s a privately restored (artfully rebuilt in the traditional style) traditional water harvesting structure (called Naula in the local terminology) that utilizes the natural spring waters erupting within the premises.

Adequate and dedicated parking spaces (open and under shade) for your private vehicles within the secure premises.

Broadband will be made available as soon as the fiber-optic cable (Bharat Net) reaches the Gram Paanchayat. Currently, it is NOT AVAILABLE.

For connectivity, we rely on patchy internet services of Jio and Airtel. This Stay is NOT recommended for those who plan to extend their productivity in the Work from Home/Always Mobile format in the staycation.

This property is meant for those who are willing to invest their precious time and fleeting attention spans to recharge their energy levels, reset their inner mind, rediscover their being and purpose, reflect on and appreciate the wonders of Nature and are ready to rediscover, revisit the ways of traditional living that our traditional communities developed in harmony with nature.

Khetala Kumaon Homestay is a brownfield redevelopment with some greenfield shoots, built in a trying terrain with very limited available manpower, resource shortages and under very strict budgeting constraints. We would appreciate your genuine feedback from the stay and workable suggestions in order for us to organically improve/upgrade our facilities and services offered and enhance your overall experience as a house guest over the years within our limited means and purposes as befits a rural homestay.
